Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give us a reason.
If your order contains multiple items delivered on different days, your 14 day cancellation period runs from the day you receive the last item in that order.
To cancel, please let us know by phone, email, or post using the contact details below, before the 14 day period ends. Once you've told us you want to cancel, you'll then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Once you've cancelled within the timeframe above, please return your item to us unused, in its original state, with all original packaging and labels attached.
Please note, we are unable to issue refunds for golf equipment that shows evidence of having been used, unless it is proven to be faulty. We recommend that items being returned to us are sufficiently protected and sent via insured, tracked delivery for your own protection, as they remain your responsibility until we receive them.
All return postage charges are to be met by the customer, unless you are returning an item due to a fault.
Once we've received your returned item and confirmed it meets the conditions above, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you've sent them back, whichever is sooner.
If the item is proven to be faulty, we will also refund your original postage costs.
Although all orders are checked prior to dispatch, occasionally we may either send an incorrect item, or a fault may be discovered after receipt. We apologise in advance if this happens to you, and request your patience and cooperation in helping us to resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible using the details below so we can put things right.
