Please note, any applicable local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All deliveries are sent via DPD. Postcode zones and rates shown below are a guide, DPD's own zoning determines the exact charge and delivery time at checkout, and this may vary slightly from the tables on this page.

Important: the postcodes listed below are excluded from free UK shipping and from Next Day Delivery. They are charged at the UK Zone 2 rate instead. This covers the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and Northern Ireland.

Shipping to the EU and Packaging Regulations (PPWR)

We ship to the EU, and all stock currently held and dispatched by us was packaged and placed on the market before 12th August 2026, ahead of the EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) coming into application. As this stock predates that date, it is not subject to the new packaging requirements introduced under the PPWR. Any stock we bring to market after this date will meet the updated regulation as required.

Delivery Guidelines & Conditions

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery

• Cut-off time: orders must be placed before 12 PM, Monday to Thursday.
• Weekend adjustments: orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday may not arrive until the following Monday.
• Scotland deliveries: Next Day Delivery to mainland Scotland may take up to 2 working days due to location. The Scottish Highlands and Islands are not covered by Next Day, see exclusions below.
• Exclusions: Next Day service is not available to PO Box addresses, or to the postcodes listed under UK Zone 2 in the rates table above. Orders to those postcodes should be sent via standard UK Zone 2 shipping at £18.50 instead.

Receipt of Goods

• Delivery windows: deliveries are generally made between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Signatures: a signature may be required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign. If no one is available, our courier, DPD, will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange your delivery.
• Missing or delayed parcels: if you have not received your goods, or a courier card, within 7 working days of your dispatch date, please email us with your name, address, and order number. You must contact us within a maximum of 14 working days from dispatch. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will treat this as acknowledgment that the goods were successfully received.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take your delivery seriously and work closely with our carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. In the unlikely event that something is wrong:

• Notification: you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, by emailing details to info@lynxgolf.co.uk.
• Damaged packaging: if your parcel arrives showing clear signs of damage or tampering, please note this on the courier's delivery documents and take photographs of the damage. This significantly assists us in processing any claims.
