1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Lynx Golf Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. The prize draw is operated by Lynx Golf Limited and promoted through the official Lynx Golf Instagram and Facebook accounts.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, the United States Golf Association, the U.S. Open, or any player, tournament, governing body or third party referenced in the promotion.

By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability connected with this promotion.

2. Promotion Name

The promotion is called the “Lynx Golf U.S. Open Winner Prediction Prize Draw”.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family members of Lynx Golf Limited, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram or Facebook account and must comply with the relevant platform’s terms of use.

Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request proof of age, identity, location and account ownership before awarding the prize.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:

1. Comment on the official Lynx Golf competition post with the name of the golfer they predict will win the 2026 U.S. Open.

2. Tag three friends in their comment.

3. Follow the official Lynx Golf Instagram account and/or Facebook page, depending on the platform through which they enter.

Only comments posted on the official Lynx Golf competition post will be counted.

Entrants may enter once per platform. Multiple comments on the same platform will not increase the chance of winning. If an entrant submits more than one prediction on the same platform, only their first valid prediction will be counted.

Entries submitted by direct message, email, story reply, private message or any method other than commenting on the official competition post will not be accepted.

Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or third-party entries will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Promotional Period

The prize draw opens when the official Lynx Golf competition post is published.

Entries close at the start of the final round of the 2026 U.S. Open on Sunday 21 June 2026, unless otherwise stated by Lynx Golf Limited.

Entries received after the closing time will not be counted, even if the comment remains visible on Instagram or Facebook.

6. Correct Prediction Requirement

To be eligible for the final prize draw, an entrant must have correctly predicted the official winner of the 2026 U.S. Open.

Only entrants who meet all entry requirements and correctly name the official tournament winner will be included in the draw.

The tournament winner will be determined by the official published result of the 2026 U.S. Open.

If the tournament is delayed, postponed, shortened, cancelled or otherwise affected by circumstances outside Lynx Golf Limited’s control, Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to adjust the closing date, draw date or promotion mechanics where reasonably necessary.

7. Prize

There is one prize available.

The prize is a Lynx Golf custom fitting experience at the Lynx Golf custom fitting studio in Weybridge, Surrey, worth up to £600.

The prize may include a custom fitting session and/or fitted Lynx Golf equipment up to a maximum total value of £600, as determined by Lynx Golf Limited.

The exact contents of the prize will depend on the winner’s fitting results, product availability, suitability and the professional recommendation of the Lynx Golf fitting team.

If the total value of the custom fitting experience and/or fitted Lynx Golf equipment selected is less than £600, the remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, vouchers, additional products, services or any other monetary value. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, vouchers or any other product or service.

Any additional costs above the stated prize value of £600 must be paid by the winner if they choose to upgrade or purchase additional products or services.

8. Travel and Attendance

The winner must be able to attend the Lynx Golf custom fitting studio in Weybridge, Surrey.

The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, transport, accommodation, meals, parking, insurance and any other personal expenses connected with claiming or attending the prize.

Lynx Golf Limited will not cover travel costs or any other expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.

The winner must attend the custom fitting on a date and time agreed with Lynx Golf Limited. Appointment availability may vary.

If the winner cannot attend the fitting studio in Weybridge within a reasonable timeframe agreed by Lynx Golf Limited, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.

9. Filming and Marketing Consent

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must agree to the custom fitting being filmed, photographed and/or recorded by Lynx Golf Limited.

The winner agrees that Lynx Golf Limited may use their name, image, likeness, voice, fitting footage, photographs, video clips, social media handle and any related content from the fitting for marketing, advertising, social media, website, email and promotional purposes.

This content may be used across Lynx Golf Limited’s channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, the Lynx Golf website, paid social advertising and email marketing.

The winner will not be entitled to any payment, fee, royalty or additional compensation for the use of this content.

If the selected winner does not consent to being filmed and featured in Lynx Golf marketing content, they will not be eligible to receive the prize and Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. Winner Selection

After the 2026 U.S. Open has concluded and the official winner has been confirmed, Lynx Golf Limited will review the entries and create a list of all valid entrants who correctly predicted the winner and met all entry requirements.

All eligible correct entries will be placed into a random prize draw.

The winner will be selected at random using a digital prize wheel or similar random selection method on Monday 22 June 2026, or as soon as reasonably practicable after the tournament result is confirmed.

Lynx Golf Limited’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by Lynx Golf Limited through the social media account used to enter the promotion.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these terms and conditions, cannot attend the fitting, or does not agree to the filming and marketing requirements, Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible correct entries.

Lynx Golf Limited will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but accepts no responsibility if the winner does not receive or respond to the notification due to privacy settings, message filters, account issues or any other reason outside Lynx Golf Limited’s control.

12. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that Lynx Golf Limited may announce the winner’s first name, surname initial and/or social media handle on its social media channels and website.

The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion.

13. Data Protection

Personal data provided by entrants will be used by Lynx Golf Limited for the purpose of administering this promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging fulfilment of the prize.

The winner’s details may also be used for filming, marketing and publicity purposes as set out in these terms and conditions.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Lynx Golf Limited’s privacy policy.

Entrants’ data will not be sold to third parties.

14. Disqualification

Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Does not meet the eligibility requirements;

• Fails to complete all entry steps;

• Enters after the closing time;

• Submits multiple, automated, fraudulent or misleading entries;

• Uses offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate language;

• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process;

• Unfollows Lynx Golf before winner selection;

• Deletes their entry before the draw;

• Breaches these terms and conditions or the relevant social media platform rules.

Lynx Golf Limited also reserves the right to remove or ignore entries that contain inappropriate content or are not in keeping with the spirit of the promotion.

15. Platform Issues

Lynx Golf Limited accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, deleted, hidden, restricted, not visible, misdirected, corrupted or not received due to technical issues, social media platform settings, internet failure, algorithmic filtering, account privacy settings or any other reason outside Lynx Golf Limited’s control.

Proof of commenting, tagging or following does not constitute proof of receipt or eligibility.

16. Prize Availability and Changes

Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the promotion where it becomes necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to platform issues, fraud, tournament changes, technical failure or legal/regulatory requirements.

Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

17. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynx Golf Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, expense or inconvenience suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate in a custom fitting session. The fitting is for golf equipment recommendation purposes only and does not constitute medical, physiotherapy or professional coaching advice.

18. General

Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Lynx Golf Limited reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to make decisions relating to the administration of the promotion. Any decision made by Lynx Golf Limited will be final.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

19. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
