Terms and Conditions:
- Standard specifications only – custom built clubs cannot be returned
- Clubs must have been purchased at full retail price
- Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Items involved in a price match cannot be returned
- Free gifts cannot be returned for credit
- Clubs must be from one of the following categories (drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, putters)
- Only one purchase can be returned per customer, per 12 month period
- Store credit or exchange only – we cannot refund the original payment method
- The return must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of your order
- Clubs being returned can only show normal golfing wear and tear
- Clubs can not show any visible marks on the top edge of all woods and hybrids
- Our free returns service does not cover golf clubs so as such, all clubs must be sent back to us at your cost. If returned clubs evidence a manufacturers fault we will reimburse the postage amount - proof of purchase must be shown.
