Terms and Conditions:
- Standard specifications only – custom built clubs cannot be returned
- Clubs must have been purchased at full retail price
- Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Items involved in a price match cannot be returned
- Free gifts cannot be returned for credit
- Clubs must be from one of the following categories (drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, putters)
- Only one purchase can be returned per customer, per 12 month period
- Store credit or exchange only – we cannot refund the original payment method
- The return must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of your order
- Clubs being returned can only show normal golfing wear and tear
- Clubs can not show any visible marks on the top edge of all woods and hybrids
Our free returns service does not cover golf clubs so as such, all clubs must be sent back to us at your cost. If returned clubs evidence a manufacturers fault we will reimburse the postage amount - proof of purchase must be shown.
