How long we keep information:

We keep information about our customers as long as their data is required, either for statutory, legal, accounting or reporting purposes, or for the duration of guarantees where applicable, and in order to assist customers with any issues that may arise after purchasing through us.  After this, data will be deleted where possible.

CCTV footage may be obtained where customers have visited our premises in person, for example, for a custom fit booking. CCTV footage is deleted automatically every 30 days.

Data is reviewed every 6 months to ensure that no data is retained for longer than strictly necessary.
